Very poor customer service. Bought a gumball machine for my grandson, walked outside the door and opened it. It was broken, walked back inside and asked for a replacement. The lady was very rude and said “I could buy another one”. I said that my grandson couldn’t even get the gumball out and she said “I can’t help you!” I told her I would most definitely not come back there.
My child went in the store with me and we were looking around. My daughter pulled the lever on one of the jelly bean dispensers without a bag underneath and the cashier yelled at her and told her don’t pull the lever down with out a bag under it . That’s understandable. Then proceeded to tell her I don’t know what’s so funny when no one was laughing. I told the cashier she didn’t know and she yelled there are signs if you read them.
