If it was possible to leave a no star I would. I recently stayed with my mama and we've stayed there since I was a young child. This last visit will most definitely be my last time ever staying. A group of young teens were up to no good and one young lady literally took my mamas shoes and when calling the office she was told I'm sorry and that was all that was done. Sad just really sad childhood favorite has now become a place of feeling unsettled and like no one even cares! Disappointed that a crappy situation has ruined such a decent place that "seemed" safe and family oriented.
We enjoyed meeting with our friends here and being able to sit and chat. Walk on the beach, games to play and plenty of seating, with great drinks and friendly staff.

10 outta 10 recommend! Perfect family friendly night life up until 12am and then it's 18+ which is awesome as well! Always a pleasure to catch the Polynesian night (luau) as a family as well

There is no food here, it's a snack bar around the corner, which is ok. The drinks are expensive and not very good. They have no idea about any entertainment coming up and never did have any live music like advertised. They did have the Polynesian dancers and karaoke that had a horrible sound system throughout the whole week we were there. The selling point of the resort is the fun place that you don't have to leave or go anywhere else, but that's just not true.

Definitely not LGBT friendly. I felt discriminated against. The bartender was very cold towards me and the drinks were so watered down, I kid you not, I spent over $100 and barely got a buzz. Terrible experience. Kudos to the girls at the bar upstairs though! They took care of me and made me some proper “ I’m on vacation “ drinks!

They close the bars early as 10:30 during weekdays and we made calls about it and the managers don’t seem to care

Watch your teenage girls! An employee was inappropriate to my 13 year old granddaughter.

I really wish your phone operators were more helpful in booking. We have an idea of what we want but she kept giving short rude answers. I have questions and would like help before I spend thousands of dollars on a vacation.
I was about to ask why I am only hearing country music but they just changed it. Variety maybe??
