We love staying here! It's year 3 we've come here for vacation because it's such an exciting and awesome place to stay! Plenty of things to do and try! Nice place if you have littles but good for older kids as well! Activities and games every day! Rooms right next the beach, plenty of space, and relaxing area! Highly recommend!

My kids love this place, and I never do bad reviews let alone review anything at all but feel like this has to be known. I was just on the phone to call about my upcoming reservation. I spoke with Michelle who refused to give her last name. She had a condescending tone the entire time we were on the phone and spoke to me as if I was a child. I don't appreciate how unprofessional that was and how she made me feel. I'm a very nice person and I get people have bad days but not when we're spending $5000 on a condo for a week. I'm just beside myself. Awful.
