I have to say every time I go get my croissants from Frank I always get it with a smile a man when it's dinner time and I come get my Whoppers from CJ I get greeted and treated like family I always appreciate coming here just for those guys they make a great Burger King team along with everyone they trained

I work at the tattoo shop and this is the only place near us that’s closest, ended up getting the new brisket whopper and when I got back to work to get ready to chow down it was 4 onion rings with a half frozen patty and a greasy bun. I threw that crap in the trash and ended up going to subway. The worse place I’ve ever been to and will never go back. No wonder why there empty all the time. Hope they shut down with the trash they’re giving people. Was nothing like what I’ve been seeing in the pictures.

Understaffed. I went in yesterday. I think only 2 people working. 2 others went in the same time. After probably 5-10 minutes of not so much as a hi or even acknowledging we were waiting. We all decided to leave. How fast is fast food if u can't even take 1 order after 5-10 minutes.

The food was fresh, and fast and despite working short handed the restaurant was clean, the staff was efficient and friendly. Kudos!!!
This location may not be the absolute best with cosmetic upkeep, but it is clean. Yes they are understaffed with only two people working in the smack middle of rush hour times, but the food we ordered was hot, was fresh, bathrooms were clean even if they didn't smell like rose petals and Lysol cleaner it was still very clean. Sweet lady that ran both drove thru window at the same time did such a good job she made it look easy. Even if this location isn't the best for some people, for me this would probably be the only location I'd be willing to go to. Any other location they may have the people they may have the cosmetic upkeep like fresh paint, but they have the customer service, and the food that's made either fresh or pretty damn close to it. Big kudos to this location and the two folks that were on shift by themselves!

Understaffed.. I spent an entire lunch break waiting to give my order.. Homeless people inside asking for food, which I did provide willing.. this experience was truly out the ordinary.. no return for me

Drive thru took 20 minutes (3rd time this has happened). They don’t have their stuff together and I don’t recommend eating here cause you will be waiting a very long time. They are not organized, and cannot function as a restaurant. I’m surprised Burger King in general, has allowed for this service this long.
