Chick-fil-A in Panama City

“I want to sincerely say thank you to the nice people serving us at this Chick-fil-A. Out of all of the fast food restaurants in Bay County I can honestly say this is the only place they get my food right every time!

Kid-friendliness: Friendly staff provide a nice safe atmosphere for Families 10 out of 10 would recommend to bring your nephew’s nieces or kids here for a nice meal

Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot and sidewalk stay clear, they have No stairs or a need for a ramp due to the nice design of the building.“

“The only reason that I am not giving a 5 star all around is because someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed that morning that we came to dine. Our server at the counter was frowning and not acknowledging any customers. Rudeness was shown by quick sharp answers and it got to the point that I asked if she (Mxxxxxxxx) was okay. Employees who do not like their jobs should consider finding a position that suits them. I hope she found that a smile can do a great service to everyone. All other personnel were top notch!!“

“Chick-fil-A always delivers. You can always count on them to be consistently good. The only problem I have is that I'm old enough to remember how big the biscuits used to be and how small they're getting to be. And the prices! Other than that it was great. Hot and fresh and tasty. Beautiful store, seemed to be very clean and the employees were pleasant and efficient. Good job 👍“
