I pulled up to this Chick-fil-A location five minutes before it closed after leaving the hospital this evening. I’m not from here and I selected the Chick-fil-A closest to the hospital because I passed one on my way. The address said 23rd which was the street I was on. Come to find out I was at the wrong location. The staff were so kind and went above and beyond. Three minutes to close they fixed my order for me and helped me cancel the order that I sent to the wrong location....
So busy but they were on it! I ordered 4 large drinks and got 4 medium drinks. They were quick to correct them! I notified the manager that I Appreciate the guy at the windows quick resolution to my request !.
My ABSOLUTE FAVORITE spot to have a great time. Tyler is a great manager and person. He has the best intentions of his team, Chick-Fil-A, and the guests in mind with his exceptional leadership. From my observations, all the team members here stay on top of everything and keep the restaurant well maintained. They get tons of business for being one of the best places in town, but they handle it like true professionals. Thanks for all that y'all do! Well done being the hands...
