Cracker Barrel Reviews
I ordered Thanksgiving Heat and Serve dinner and it was excellent! The food was delicious, the staff were very efficient and friendly and great value! Highly recommend!
The quality of the food has been quickly declining over the past couple of years. Yesterday was definitely our last visit. The eggs were raw, the biscuits were undercooked, the hash brown casserole was cold, and the gravy had a film over it. Completely appalled by the experience.
Ordered curbside service at 7:15 am for the order to be ready for pick up at 7:40. I pulled into spot 2 at 7:37 am and checked in on the app. Got the message we’re on it we will be out in a few, so I

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store offers a mixed experience, but recent changes have improved the overall visit. Some customers felt unwelcome in the past, with dirty silverware and selective service. However, many reviews now mention that the service has gotten better. Breakfast orders like Grandma's breakfast and Old Timers breakfast were previously hit or miss, with eggs often overcooked and dishes arriving cold. Now, the food is much better, with beautifully plated meals. Their to-go Easter meal was hot and ready, although the cobbler was thin due to ingredient shortages. Recently, customers have noted that the restaurant is quieter during dinner, with clean tables and flavorful entrees. For example, one customer enjoyed a strip steak that was well-cooked and full of flavor, despite it being a little past medium rare and lacking seasoning. The staff, including servers like Finn, are working to improve the experience, and the manager Sheri is praised for her excellent customer care. With a revitalized menu, friendly service, and a gift shop, Cracker Barrel might be worth a visit for those in need of a quick holiday meal, especially if they are patient.
