“I went to the 23rd St location, next to Cracker Barrel, on my day off to get a specialty drink and donuts for my daughter who was at work. Brittany helped me and she was so sweet. She efficiently made my order and as I was leaving my napkins went flying everywhere. She ran out to help me, got more napkins for me and then helped me to my car. That's great customer service!!! I will be back.“
“Manager (or shift supervisor?) Was having a very bad day. The other 2 girls and the cook seemed very cautious at making her angrier. She comp'ed me an extra hash Browns for my additional wait, even though my wait was minimal. I let them all know It was all good.. will return. Everyone can have a bad day.“
“This place is new and everything is all sparkly clean. The staff was super friendly. I love the assortment and options. Definitely recommended.
Parking: The entrance and exit is pretty easy to navigate. There seems to be plenty of parking.
Kid-friendliness: So many donuts for little angels to choose from.“
