Dunkin' Donuts in Panama City Beach

“Shout out to the staff at the Thomas Drive location. I had a minor mix up a couple weeks prior at the drive thru window, and they told me to come back in sometime and they would replace the doughnut part of my order. They were nice and professional about it. The manager and staff went out of their way to apologize and we all laughed and joked while I completed my transaction. I left feeling valued as a customer and even more loyal to the brand. It was nice starting my day off with such a friendly customer service experience.“

“I called first to see if they had any pumpkin muffins left and the girl on the phone was so kind. When I got there I went through the drive-through and purchased three of the pumpkin muffins, which are my absolute favorite. This location knows how to make them right with a perfect amount of crumble and frosting on top. The girl that waited on me at the drive-through Window was a very sweet and kind person as well. Maybe she was the same one that answered the phone. I don’t know.“

“I come to this dunkin multiple times a week. I wont get in to my complaints because this review is for Jessica. Her service is beyond great. She always makes sure to take care of me and make sure my order is correct. She is why i continue to come. She needs to be in managment asap.“
