She comp'ed me an extra hash Browns for my additional wait, even though my wait was minimal. I let them all know It was all good.. will return. Everyone can have a bad day.“
“This place gets 5 Stars because the Manager on duty was super! We had a weather emergency and she was extremely helpful and I am more than thankful. And because of her and her alone we now make multiple trips before school to get the kids breakfast.She deserves all of the credit for every penny I spend there.“
“I would be remiss if I didn't post a review. About 5 to 4 months ago I remember visiting this Dunkin' and being disappointed. However, over the last month, the team has turned it around. New owner, new managers, new team, I am not sure. However, I will say they are doing a great job. The lobby is clean and inviting, drive thru moves quickly, and they greet with you a smile and wonderful attitude. I can imagine that this is thankless job, yet managers or owners what ever you are doing you are helping your team feel "seen" and it shows! Team members at Dunkin, you are doing awesome!“
