“I went to the 23rd St location, next to Cracker Barrel, on my day off to get a specialty drink and donuts for my daughter who was at work. Brittany helped me and she was so sweet. She efficiently made my order and as I was leaving my napkins went flying everywhere. She ran out to help me, got more napkins for me and then helped me to my car. That's great customer service!!! I will be back.“
“Jessica today was amazing she was so sweet and caring, me and my husband are samples of ice cream and figured out which one sooted our need. She interacted with us and helped us find the best ice cream possible also helped us with our points and to get started on our app. She has amazing customer service and is an amazing employee.
