Fat and Weird Cookie Company

I ordered online and paid for overnight shipping. They did not ship correctly and it took well over a week to receive my cookies. Despite customer service telling me I would receive a quality product despite how long it would take to receive them. As I expected the cookies were ruined from being in a hot box for over 8 days. They were wet globs of what now resembled an uncooked cookie, and completely melted to the point there was a lot of liquid in the bags when opened. Since there was mold, and bacteria now on the product no one could eat them safely, so the entire process was unnecessarily stressful, unsafe, and expensive for no reason since noting could be used. They were not shipped in any weather protection packaging as I was told they would be. I contacted the company to get a new shipment overnighted once I was aware of shipping error, but that was not an option i was allowed to have with them. When seems to used to have been a good product is now a scam that can only be purchased online, or by a third party seller, but then your health is gambled with.

This was a huge let down. I got the purge and the center tasted like burnt chocolate with a hint of peanut butter. The only way to get the cookies are through door dash. The Google search shows a place you can walk in to and look at the options. They are cold and you have to warm them up. That's not the experience I was expecting. I first heard about this place on tiktok and it made it look like a great cookie and experience. I was let down on both.

The cookies had good flavor but I didn’t like that they were take and bake. I was expecting an already baked cookie, not frozen and definitely not frozen in a plastic wrapper. The price was too high for something I had to bake myself. I also ordered a “fix” cookie and was given the wrong one. Not to mention having to order from door dash in the parking lot. They no longer have a store front.

It is really hard to order from this place. Their website only offers packs which are expensive. You cannot buy just one cookie from their website. Their websites interface is very unfriendly. Their DoorDash page is confusing and doesn’t do a good job of showing all their cookie selections. Their DoorDash also closes at 3:40 so you cannot order after that time. They are closed on the weekends as well. We tried to call and order while waiting outside but unfortunately that is not allowed. Their overpriced cookies are good but very difficult to obtain. Time for crumbl!

I hate that they closed, and you can only order online. I loved the atmosphere of the store. Going inside ordering one or two cookies for myself. I wish they would reconsider the people who did come to the store front.

Absolutely scrumptious and HUGE cookies! Take their advice and warm… make sure you have vanilla in ce cream on hand!

Drove all the way to Fat Weird Cookie Company from the West end of PCB today with my daughter to TRY and see the operation and pick out some cookies. I’m a Chef and we love cookies so to say we were pumped is an understatement. Of course we were told when we get there and finally find someone to ask about getting cookies that we could only order on DoorDash and wait outside to receive our order. Why the hell would I give DoorDash money for free just to make an order when I’m standing right outside your damn business? AND we want to see the products before making the decision to purchase any….. not impressed didn’t buy a damn thing. PLUS you don’t inform your potential customers that you are DoorDash only now!!!!! LAME LAME do better to serve the people willing to come to you. Good Luck.

Please put something on your website saying that you are not open for walk-ins. When you google this place it has pictures of the inside with tables and people ordering and we drove all the way here just to find out it’s by pickup order only. Searched the website to see if we missed an announcement but very disappointing trip to leave with nothing.

Showed up at 11:30 for some cookies on Tuesday. Parking lot was full of cars but doors were locked and im not sure if I like these cookies or not hmmm gues I will never know.

At first, I wasn’t impressed with the cookie—it felt overpriced at $2.99 each, and I’ve definitely had better. However, I later realized most people, including myself, might not know the cookies need to be warmed up for the best experience. Once I figured that out, the flavor and texture improved significantly. I haven’t tried their ice cream yet, so I can’t speak to that. While the cookie was enjoyable when warmed, the price still feels steep for what you’re getting. Overall, good but not outstanding.

This place is going to ruin their business... They no longer offer walk-in/dine-in service. You have to make an order online and pickup THE NEXT DAY. I loved this place! Please revert back to how you used to do business. I won't be doing any business with you again until this change takes place.

Cookies are decent.
Poor review because there is no customer service number. You can only email with a response in 48 hours.
It is unclear when you order online that it isn't for same day pick up, and there is no way to contact customer support to help resolve the error.

I made a delivery. The parking lot is very tight. It can be done i wouldn't recommend a new driver going here. Not ment for 53ft with a sleeper cab. Super nice people and unloaded pretty quick.
