Had my usual oat milk latte. The latte was very good. No real prominent flavors to note. Smooth taste, no bitterness. I also tried a breakfast sandwich that was a big let down. Basically a microwaved jimmy dean breakfast biscuit unfortunately. Was able to enjoy my latte and breakfast sandwich up the road at the park watching the sunrise!
This is one of the greatest local finds on the Tyndall stretch, a small blue coffee shack with amazing employees and daily drink mixes. You think of it and they will make a delicious beverage, just for you! Try the Libby or the Payday Remix if you love caramel!

Flyby Coffee is an adorable lil coffee shack with delicious beverages and wonderful service! I swung through the drive through and got an iced caramel latte that was sweet, creamy and not too icy. The barista who served me was very kind and friendly and my coffee was ready swiftly. Flyby has great prices too! 10/10 would come back again.
