Hardee's offers a mixed experience. While drive-thru service can be slow, the staff can also be dedicated and friendly. The food is inconsistent, with crispy but hard hash browns. However, the atmosphere is welcoming and accommodating, making it a good option for families, including children. The manager is doing a great clean job with this one, and the staff was super friendly. The lady at the front counter was one of the best experiences, amazingly pleasant with a gracious smile. Some staff may need additional training.
