I always order here and usually love the service and food. Just ordered today and originally placed as delivery but had to end up placing as pickup. Was not aware that it would end up taking away my coupon and the lady over the phone did not inform me at all. She was really rude and when I arrived had a major attitude, she was short and had dark hair and wearing headphones. Employees were on ther phones drinking their drinks no hair protection and on their phones all around where they preparing food not once did anyone wash their hands pizza wasn't really that

Delivery is all I get. The call, I believe, goes to a central call center, and they have not given critical info to the drivers to find the place but it still was piping hot and I have to say "Delicious" I haven't had HH truthfully since the 90's. The food at HH on 231 and Titus is outstanding
