Save yourself a lot of frustration by avoiding the Costa Family McDonald's on Martin Luther King Blvd in Panama City, Florida like you would the plague. Afternoon and evening shifts are the worst. They employ lazy, vulgar, unprofessional, and incompetent employees who couldn't care less about doing their jobs correctly. Tables and floors are often left dirty. Food is typically always good. Employees at drive-thru and pay window are usually friendly. But the lady who works the 2nd window with the long blue nails is AWFUL. No customer service - won't even look in your direction when handing over food, and doesn't speak a word to you.

Is someone at McDonald's higher up holding this woman hostage? She's beyond rude and indifference and ruins the whole experience.

We stopped here with our Church Youth Group around 9AM last Friday. We had 16 people with us and all went in to order our meal. Some of us used the kiosk, but most went to the counter.

First of all, this has to be the cleanest McDonald's I have ever been in. Not only that, the place was very nice on the inside. Even had a large sofa.
