I order takeout for me and my family. We were not very hungry so we split a couple appetizers. The cheese triangles had no cheese in it so we got to eat only breading. The fired pickles did not really taste like pickles. The steak nachos barely had steak so it was essentially chips with some queso. The steak quesadilla tasted like a Big Mac. Overall was not a good experience especially with the food

Same old thing when going to these type places.

Today we had a large party (20+ people) for a family celebration lunch & we had Sarge as our waitress and she was absolutely A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! She handled our group like a pro and she was very welcoming, fun and you can tell she loves her job and loves people. 10 out of 10!! We will be back! All of our food was delicious!!

Our dining experience here was outstanding and our waitress, Sarge, was excellent, knowledgeable, kind and fun to interact with. We drove up here to Panama City from Sarasota, FL to evacuate from Hurricane Milton and we could have not chosen a better restaurant for dinner. Our steaks, potatoes salads and cocktails were perfect! Thank you so much, O’Charley’s and Sarge❣️??

Libby was amazing! I wound up having to be really rude during my visit by not speaking to her due to some important & unexpected calls but she still made sure my drink was full and my food was great, never dropped her smile or positive attitude. I haven’t been to O’Charley’s in ages and only came today because I had a gift card, but thanks to Libby’s service I will absolutely be back soon!

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! Every Sunday in October & Halloween kids eat free. Mac & Cheese is on the menu which is basically all my kid eats so definitely good to know!
