My app was not warm. I don’t mean it wasn’t hot. I mean it wasn’t even warm. I got the lasagna fritta. I didn’t complain about it. The server was absolutely slammed with customers. She was very nice and sweet and polite. I also noticed that they don’t have runners for the food anymore. The server was bringing all the courses out for all the tables that she had. The one time somebody walked with her to bring some of the food items out on another tray and my mom, and I both noticed that this other person gave our server a very dirty look. Not sure what was going on there, but it was right after theserver thanked her. Anyway the service was good and the atmosphere was good and the server was excellent. We did not get any bread plates or appetizer plates. It was so busy that I didn’t even ask for them. It doesn’t seem fair to not have runners bringing food out anymore.

This olive garden is great service wise in my opinion however their food and drink can be hit or miss. The pier park location it more consistent in service and food quality. That being said, this is by no means a bad location, just inconsistent food wise.Parking: This place has lots of available parking as it is in a large parking lot next to a shopping centerEven at peak business parking is easy to find

This use to be one of my favorite places to eat, not anymore. They are sneaky and manipulative. It was myself and 4 teenagers on Valentine's Day and our bill was almost $300. I got 1 glass of wine I asked for and I noticed it was fuller than a normal pour and when I got the bill I realized they charged me for a glass and half which makes the price go from $6 to $10 ridiculous that I wasn't asked 1st which one I wanted. Prices for Alfredo....even MORE ridiculous I mean almost $20???!!! Not to mention all the pastas were dry and we all had to ask for extra sauce and was charged for it lol. I fully expected our bill to be around or a little over $100 but almost $300?! For 5 ppl? The food wasn't worth the price at ALL!!! MEDIOCRE AT BEST! Considering I've worked at that very location in the past I'm very disappointed. We won't be returning back there. FYI you may want to make it known to people there are 2 different wine pours and if they don't specify at time of ordering they'll get charged for the more expensive one which was the part I wasn't expecting I knew about the 2 different pours but when I worked their it was either ask or ring up the $6 unless they ask for more and no I wasn't "that person" that complained till I got something for free I actually didn't say anything at all. We were all very shocked and disappointed and wanted to leave immediately. I still tipped 15% too. May not be much to others but I am a disabled single mom of 4 teenage boys and was treating 2 of my boys and their dates to dinner, also wasn't expecting them to upcharge us so much like that. Most people would've left less if anything.Parking: Only a very few up front, and half are used for ToGo pick up and the back parking lot is shared by people going to Chow time buffet. Terrible
