Usually I have a good experience here. This time when I went to the bathroom there was no running water, inside the dining area all the sanitizer stations were empty. I had to go to my car to get sanitizer. The food was good but they didn't give me my extra signature hot sauce I paid for.

Sad I have to change my review from 5 stars 5 years ago to a 1 star. DONT DOORDASH FROM THIS PLACE!!! This is the 2nd time my order has been messed up only to be told it will take 48 hours to resolve and then they want to give you a dumb coupon. I spent 31 bucks on a meal and only was delivered sides. The store had no help to give because they don't de with Doordash. What a scam. I'm never going to this Popeyes again even if it's miles from my house. I continuously get burned by this place only for them to keep my cash and give me a $10 coupon. No thanks!

Ordered in drive-thru. Did not receive my total order and didn't notice until I got home. When I called I was informed that they knew they forgot to put an item in my bag. The solution was for me to come back or pick it up within 2 weeks. No remorse and no compensation for my troubles. Will not be visiting this location again.

Today Through my trip I stopped by this restaurant for the first time. Let me tell you the employees are rude and not professional at all. While I’m getting my order token.The lady had a attitude and rushed me.I pulled up to the window the lady don’t ask how are you?or do you need anything? She don’t say nothing gives the change back without telling me how much it along with the receipt Then to top it off she aggressively hands the bag out the window without a care in the world.The whole staff has snobby attitudes for what so ever reason. The restaurant needs new and better management with customer service attitude towards customers because that’s ridiculous.
So I go on my lunch break to eat a little bit of Popeyes chicken. Sitting down facing the counter, I observe a white family ( not so clean appearance) buy their food. They sit down and proceed to pilfer through their food. Kid says mom I ordered a Big Mac n cheese. Mom approaches the counter tells the black manager ( black/grey shirt and pants curly short hair) that they ordered a large mac n cheese. Mgr grabs the already pilfered through mac n cheese from customer and puts it back on the heat shelf and hands mom a bigger mac n cheese. Now that’s disgusting. I thought that once food is handed to customer it can’t and shouldn’t be returned for resale. Hwy 231 that’s disgusting. Will not eat there again .

Had to pick up a DoorDash here and the workers told me It would be a couple minutes wait . I waited 20 minutes everyone went past me. Another guy came in our DoorDash and got served in like five minutes and I was still waiting and everyone just kept staring at me and didn’t ask me Anything. Finally got my food but was super late to my DoorDash. Don’t DoorDash here.
