Ordered in drive-thru. Did not receive my total order and didn't notice until I got home. When I called I was informed that they knew they forgot to put an item in my bag. The solution was for me to come back or pick it up within 2 weeks. No remorse and no compensation for my troubles. Will not be visiting this location again.
Today Through my trip I stopped by this restaurant for the first time. Let me tell you the employees are rude and not professional at all. While I’m getting my order token.The lady had a attitude and rushed me.I pulled up to the window the lady don’t ask how are you?or do you need anything? Usually I have a good experience here. This time when I went to the bathroom there was no running water, inside the dining area all the sanitizer stations were empty. I had to go to my car to get sanitizer. The food was good but they didn't give me my extra signature hot sauce I paid for.
