Pressed Panini & Flatbreads Food Truck

Just ate there with my boyfriend for the first time today and it was amazing. Worth every penny. We will definitely be back. He got the Spicy Ting and I got the Maya, both with a side of truffle fries. Absolutely Delicious 👏👏

Everything we ordered was delicious, but the loaded oxtail fries were absolutely amazing!! This was both mine and fiancés first time getting to try out this food truck and afterwards we wanted to go back across town just to thank them and let them know how awesome all the food was. I look forward to going again👀🤤🔥

Delicious sandwiches! Reasonably priced for fresh ingredients and wonderful service.

The oxtail sandwich.. I still dream of it. Sometimes when I’m having a bad day I just think of that sandwich and it gives me hope to go on. But really, I’ve lived all over the country and I’ve eaten at all the food trucks and restaurants one could imagine. That oxtail sandwich (with truffle fries) is hands down one of the best meals I’ve ever had.. Until we meet again 😮‍💨

Spicy ting with truffle fries …. was so good! I still think about it everyday since 😂😋😋 A little too expensive for me but boy was it good

Me and my kids had the opportunity to enjoy "Pressed" at "Movie Night." I had the oxtail-loaded fries; they were delicious, and that spicy kick was a good surprise. The serving size was enough for leftovers, but of course mine didn't make it to see the next day. My girls had the grill cheese sandwich kids meal. My daughter made sure to tell me multiple times that it was better than mine, lol. "Mom, it's the cheese." Now I have to find that cheese so I can at least get a 3-star review until we can visit the Pressed Food Truck again for the 5-star version lol.  I'm already stalking their Facebook page for the next pop-up in my area.

Awesome sandwich. Very good! Well worth the money! The truffle fries were amazing! But that sandwich with the shrimp and crawfish!!!! It's on a whole other level!!! Will return. Awesome customer service. Lady was very patient on the phone going over the menu with me. Recommend 100 percent!!

If I could give 10 stars I would the spicy tings is so delectable, so juicy, so tantalizing! I think she puts a whole pack of oxtails in it or something ? I always want to eat more because the taste especially when you order the truff parm fries(mac and cheese fye too. It's pictured) an let the sauce drip on it a little bit whew anyway I try to eat the whole thing but I fail everytime, later me always thanks Chef for not skimping and myself for not being a big back ??Oh yeah I want to try other things but that spicy ting has me in a headlock!

Yesterday I finally had the opportunity to experience pressed in all her glory at the Cultura International Festival in downtown PC. I got the Maya and BABYYYYY!!! IT WAS AMAZING SUPER HOT AND GRILLED TO PERFECTION!! THE BALSAMIC DRIZZLE ON TOP. SHEF'S KISS!!! I SHALL BE BACK!!!
