Very friendly staff and great selection of ice cream and other chocolates/candies.
Went there twice while visiting PCB this weekend. The first time was great no problem, very clean and great service. The second time the cashier didn’t flip the screen around when I paid, which I thought was odd because I remembered there being a gratuity option the day before when I was there. Well when it posted to my account turns out the cashier gave himself a gratuity. We were only a party of 3 getting single scoops, so it wasn’t our party size and we were easy customers. No receipt was given. Ice cream is great, just watch out for shady cashiers.
We just left Sweet Cone Alabama and it was wonderful! There’s lots of selection of candy if ice cream isn’t your thing but the selection of ice cream was great! The girls behind the counter working were so lovely. They were friendly and laughed with us. Highly recommended Sweet Cone Alabama! 10 out of 10!! 8-29-25

Two times we have walked up here just for it to be closed an hour earlier than it says they are open. They are only open till 12 onsaturdays but they claim they are everyday. False advertising.
We got ice cream, one scoop each, a moose tracks and a coconut chocolate almond. They are very good, we enjoyed them immensely.
So many gluten free options! Staff is also very knowledgeable.
Quiet and nice little ice cream shop with several flavors to choose from. Would visit again.
A very sweet girl in clear eyeglasses helped us. She was very pleasant.
