Waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu. Food was very good except for the ranch dressing with the dill in it. It was horrible no resemblance of ranch the waitress was quick to get me another type of dressing.
We had a great anniversary dinner & they surprised us by wishing us a Happy Anniversary at the top of the menu which was a nice touch. My husband grouper was outstanding, I got the salmon which was good the sweet potato hash was a little bland. The cocktails were very good, Cat 5 hurricane & blackberry mojito. They even surprised us with a pecan ice cream bowl with blackberries & strawberries for dessert delicious!
The Grand Marlin never disappoints! Food and service (Hunter) was excellent as usual. Thank you for a wonderful birthday dinner!
We had the grouper piccata and the salmon. Both meals were very good and cooked to perfection. The grouper piccata is their best seller and I've had it multiple times. Was our first time having the salmon but it won't be the last!! It has a sweet rub on it but there's a hint of heat too. It was served over diced sweet potatoes and the blended flavors were amazing. We always enjoy Grand Marlin!!
This is our go-to place to celebrate our anniversary. The food and service are always equally outstanding. Philip made our 20th such a great experience. Always looking forward to returning here.
Fabulous experience. Dylan and all of the staff members we encountered were friendly and attentive.
A girls trip dinner to celebrate our friends birthday ... our waitress / servers were in point .. very professional
Service over the top! Noise level typical of vacation dining. Food was really good and dessert was outstanding!
First time here. Kayla was our server and was fantastic! We had the hush puppies to start. One of us had the gumbo and then the Swordfish Oreganata. Other person had the Caesar salad and Grouper Piccata. We had the Pecan Basket for dessert. There are berries as well but one person does not like them so they put them the side. The food was amazing. I am not a seafood person but the grouper meal was fantastic!! Get the dessert you won't regret it. We did make reservations.
This was our first time visiting Grand Marlin and it did not disappoint! Hunter was our server and he was so patient and kind to help us find the right cocktail and food. We enjoyed the seafood platter, seared snapper, chickens fingers and scallops. Everything was AMAZING! we highly recommend dining at Grand Marlin.

You cannot go wrong with Grand Marlin. The food is always delicious and beautifully presented. Full bar and extensive wine list. The staff is efficient and it's one of the few good restaurants in PCB that uses Oorn Table for reservations
Outstanding experience overall amazing job with filling water glasses, to bringing food to timely manner, exceptional restaurant
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Made reservations- had to wait 20 minutes after our reservation before we were attempted to be seated. We were told to grab a drink in the bar- the bartender was incredibly rude and short. Other bar patrons sitting at the bar explained to us that they have also had similar issues with her. Made the reservation for outside- they tried to seat us inside. Moved us to an outside table-by the time we got sat, the restaurant had cleared out a bit. It took the server 10 minutes to get our drink order and an additional 20 minutes before we got our drinks, coming from an almost entirely empty bar by the way. I explained that I had a shellfish allergy and asked if instead of frying the capers in my dish, could they sautee them in the pan while my grouper was cooking- to which she refused to accommodate or ask the kitchen if they would. I unfortunately opted for the mojo roasted chicken- HUGE MISTAKE. The skin was so soggy it was inedible. The “mojo” tasted salty, thick and clearly was not made in house. To say we were all disappointed is an understatement . It was supposed to be a fun night of celebration, and it turned into our group rushing to eat and leave. Don’t waste your time or your money. Instead of paying for overpriced and sub bar food, I highly suggest you check out Firefly in PCB- now THAT is how you go out to dinner.
Terrific meal with excellent service. A bit casual and quite noisy. Recognized our anniversary with personalized menu, a very nice touch. Enjoyed it and would def go back.
Absolutely amazing! We sat on upstairs open deck and couldn't ask for better scenery. Food was great! Our waiter Peter was awesome.
