Great hidden gem. The breakfast was wonderful...especially the bacon. My husband got the full meal breakfast with eggs, bacon, toast and potatoes and I got the biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon. It was all good and the waitress was fantastic! Definitely a good place to go!

This past weekend my husband and I visited The Local Cafe on 23rd Street by Home Depot. What a fantastic restaurant! I had the meatloaf and my husband had the bbq special. All of the sides were fresh and piping hot and delicious! The mac and cheese was unusual, but a welcome and tasty rendition. Everything was so good, but the standout for me was the spinach casserole, I could have eaten a gallon of it!The staff and owner were super friendly and you can really tell that everyone there cares so much about the diner's experience!

They were very gracious and accommodating to our dietary restrictions, they made us a delicious dairy free omelette, and added extra veggies to it for us, and their service was impeccable, the atmosphere was great, our coffee was delicious. We went to two other breakfast spots before this that claimed to be allergy friendly, and they were of no help at all, we will definitely be back!!
