Went through drive thru waited over 15 minutes for a cold sandwich. I asked her to warm it she then proceeds to tell me pull forward and wait because her timer is ticking brings me the sandwich and I ask her who the manager is and she said she was the manager with a nasty attitude. Then I called to speak to the general manager, and she acts just like her manager, very rude and disrespectful. Then I call Customer Service and ask for the DM to call me and the DM doesn’t like what you have to say and disconnects the call that is what you get at Arby’s in Parrish, Fl

Always prompt and friendly service at this location. I usually get strawberry lemonade, which is good. Be sure they give you the lemonade if you order it, as it comes from behind the counter.
