Nighttime manager is the most rude And distasteful human being I have ever come across In any fast food or restaurant I Have stepped foot in. I own three restaurants, and I would never allow her to even wash dishes. If you think it’s OK to talk to people like that and treat people like that you should probably find a job that you do not have to interact with customers.

Extremely disappointing experience. I stopped by to grab some quick food and was told there would be a 5-minute wait, which I was okay with. After paying, I was instructed to wait by the meter at the end, which I did.
However, 15–20 minutes passed with no sign of my food, and there were no other cars ahead of me. Eventually, we went inside to check, only to find the staff laughing and clearly having forgotten our order.
Even worse, as we were about to leave, we realized we hadn’t even been given everything we paid for and had to go back again.
This experience reflects very poor management and customer service.

This is probably the third time visiting this location due to how close it is to my work. I received no sauces (even though I was asked what sauces I would like when placing my order), my fries were only half filled and my drink was half way full without any ice. I was on line for a good while or I would have gone in to resolve this. The first 2 times I went inside without issue. Also the lady taking my order was screaming in the speaker.
