This is by far one of the worst DD’s I have been to. I had high hopes finally getting one in Parrish. The “filled” donuts are skimpy with a dime sized dot of filling, they are open until 8 pm but never have donuts after the morning rush. Get it together you are a donut place that does not keep donuts throughout your hours of operation!

7:20 a.m. on a Saturday 15 minutes the line never moved. If you go to this dunkin' donuts you better have extra time on your hand because they can't keep up I don't know if it's a staffing issue or what but they rating is as low as it is for that reason.

I asked my husband to go pick us up a few doughnuts. I wanted to splurge on this past Monday morning. He went to Dunkin DOUGHNUTS. 9:30 in the morning and guess what...No Doughnuts. The guys working acted like they could care less. My husband couldn't believe it. One employee said they only make 12 of each type in the morning and they were all gone. So my husband ordered bagels. He got them home and they were hard as bricks and stale. One guy standing in line told my husband they have gone downhill. Sorry Dunkin...guess I will go elsewhere when I have a doughnut craving.

If you like being treated horribly and receiving dirty looks for placing an order, get your coffee here. I’ve been to this location three times…and three times the staff has ignored me at the counter and then given me such an attitude.

When they first opened service was good .every time I go now cars leave the drive through because no one is at the window .they get all the drink and meals caught up then help customers as food just sits in the hot sun. Sometimes food isnt cooked all the way . Do better

I usually give the benefit of the doubt even if the reviews are not good. Should have listened to the reviews instead of wasting $21. 3 Hot caramel coffees. We pulled out the drive and got maybe a half mile away and I might as well have ordered iced coffees. I even asked them to be made extra hot.

This is the slowest Dunkin i’ve ever been to across the country. They can barely make drinks in a timely manner let alone any food. Fix this trash management. Batch the eggs and meat and have it ready to go. Get another oven. Hire better.

Nice staff. Ice Coffee was very watery. No senior discount, never been told no. Thought is was a corporate policy.
Had a fun experience here. Our server embraced our novice English ways and was really patient! Coffee was better than most American coffee (we like it stronger!) Thank you Kendra!

I like this one better than the ones on 301 south. These guys are newer but get my usual order right about 99% of the time, compared to the other two on 301 south who can’t seem too.

Hands-down, worst Duncan I’ve ever been to in my life. Absolutely zero chance I will ever come back here again. I would advise everybody to avoid it unless you have a lot of time to waste. 🤬

According to the Website on line store opens at 4am. I have been to the store multiple times after 5:30a and the store is never open????? WHAT are the store hours??? Also, the wait in line when you are open is rediculous!!!!
