Wow, after reading all these poor reviews, I am embarrassed for this DD. Tried the drive through for a couple of Iced Teas, but after 4 minutes of no acknowledgement and then having to ask if anyone was there, gentleman rudely said they were busy and would be with us in a few more minutes. Sure would have been nice to just acknowlede us when we arrived. Not sure why they were do busy as no one was inside and there was one car in front of us. After 2 more minutes we drove away. Not sure why this store can't figure it out. This was a slow Sunday afternoon at 2pm so I can only imagine what an early morning is like. Hope they can find better help and better training.

I was disappointed because they pulled a Starbucks. The coffee was down 2 inches from the top. I said something and they didnt offer to add more milk or ice or anything. I feel that DD has begun to become the other Starbucks. There coffee is getting just as expensive as them

Coffee is always good, asked for suprise donuts got six sprinkled ones so they were all the same and also the sticker the put on my Togo coffee won’t come off so I have to drink without a lid.

This Dunkin location is horrible. The customer service is good, but getting the food and drinks as requested at ordering is horrible due to never having anything in stock. Please fix this because the workers should not have to feel the comments and aggravation from the customers because a manager is incapable of ordering properly. This is coming from a manager respectfully.

I need to amend my previous review. Overall score doesn’t lie. On 5/2/2025 I ordered a hot coffee and donut holes at 7:54AM. I arrived at the store at 8:15. Didn’t walk out until 8:21. Also never received my donuts. I have no idea how management doesn’t see an issue here. There has been ZERO corrective action in terms of workflow and how orders are managed since they day this store opened. I will not be spending anymore money at this location. They just can’t seem to get it together. Not blaming the employees, but rather management for not helping the employees prioritize the orders. BTW Dunkin’ you’re welcome for the tip that was supposed to be used for my food order. Never again. I’m done.

Every-time I come the order is wrong and the service is very slow. To be slow and then inaccurate is not only unfortunate it’s frustrating when the only reason I come is for a treat with my kids. This last time took the cake. My husband went inside and ordered 5 donuts for our kids and coffees for him and me. They refused to give him the donuts until the coffee’s were made. That means they were given out to people after us and when the coffee was made (30 min later) half the picks we paid for were gone. People were waiting for bagels and hot foods yet the manager refused to expedite by helping. She repeated over and over she can’t help. When we made mention of the long wait time we were told we were LUCKY because in the afternoon there is only two people working and it’s “way slower”. If you’re in the area go to 7-11 down the street. The bakery is probably fresher.

This is a lovely location and the food/coffee is good but the service is horrible. There are two workers here and they both have the nastiest attitudes. We are pleasant and courteous customers. They were rude from the minute we walked in. Would pass this one by unless you enjoy feeling like you're bothering employees for doing their jobs...no matter how nice you are.

Embarrassingly slow. I’ve never left a review before but felt the need to. Not the employees fault, seems as if they’re trying. Management desperately needs to add an extra man to the busy shifts. Penny pinching to save what, $70/day? Sad to see
