If you've never been....you are missing out! My first visit was today...and I must admit....I met Ricky and it was indeed a "first class experience"! The menu is compact but versatile ( something for everyone..even burgers)...but seafood-fish is their jam. I tried the fresh catch fish tacos...hot off the grill... made to order... They were "awesome"- I am not kidding! I also shared some Gulleys homemade "Mullet spread" with crackers - this was outrageously good!...(try this!!) You can even take some home if you love it...and you will. Family owned...by the people who fish what we eat with loving hands...and they are 100% invested in the quality and our experience! Use your GPS to find it...be patient. It's worth it. ( set off 301 a bit).. Plenty of parking out back... outside covered dining area with tables and chairs, the smoker was going and the music was playing. It smelled oooo good! We so enjoyed our meal, music, company...and overall experience! See you again real soon!

Sorry, but I don't get it. Being interested in the taste of smoked mullet, I dropped by and had a whole fish. Red flags should have gone off when the fish was pulled from a "heat lamp cabinet". The fish was dry, boney, fatty (dark flesh), and honestly difficult to even scrape off the skin. I ordered a bean salad side dish too. I couldn't finish it. Discreetly walked to the trash bin and headed back to my car.

Gulleys is a little gem in Parrish. Tiny outside walk up stand with fresh seafood sandwiches, soups, tacos, fish dip, and more to go. You can also enjoy your food at one of their picnic tables outside. I ordered a crab cake sandwich and the snow crab bisque. Both were very fresh and delicious. Gulleys food is as good as a restaurant and for much less money. We love the fish dip, too. Highly recommended!

I try to make it every friday after work, and the food is always amazing! Mullet dip is the go-to. Definitely one of my favorite spots for comfort food!
Man this is the best & I believe tbe first smoked mullet i have ever had! Met these guys @ the ruskin seafood festival & we have been their biggest fans since then! Ima city girl but i tell you its worth the ride to get some good azz smoked mullet!

I got there too late to get the Mullet so I settled for the snapper. I have to say, it was pretty dry and bland. No disrespect intended. Today I made sure I got there early enough to get the Smoked Mullet. It's my third time visiting Gulley's and they did not disappoint. That Smoked Mullet is ridiculously delicious. My only question is, does it thaw out well if I freeze it to be eaten at a later date? I definitely recommend going there. The Smoked Mullet and the Mullet Dip are my go to items.
