Both employees Thomas and Casper were both exceptional when making me feel at home! 10/10, doesn’t even feel like a fast food chain.

I placed a delivery order and accidentally got the address wrong but wilfredo made sure our food got to us nice and hot. His costumer service was truly amazing and he was very respectful.

Not consistent. Usually they are good but the Pizza today was too soft and squishy, with craters all over the bottom and seemed not cooked properly. They explained why and did offer to give a credit for next time.

Great Pizza at a great price. The Pizzas were hot, lots of toppings, and ready fast. The staff were so nice and friendly. The whole family loved it. Lord willing we will be back! By the way, the XL pizza is BIG!

Came here tonight. Place was slammed for Halloween. Boomers and Karen's everywhere being terrible as usual. These employees kept cool heads, kept their cool heads down and pounded out pizza after pizza and didn't seem rattled or shaken once. I'll forever be a customer. Great work. And yes, I am well aware and an active reward user

Great energy from a young staff, very responsive to any issues that pop up. I’ve had issues ordering pizzas online without pizza sauce (my son can’t have it), seems that the online system doesn’t translate this order correctly to the store because they have added sauce several times.
Luckily they have always promptly made us a new pizza without sauce. Hopefully the store can fix this issue. I know most people don’t order pizza without sauce, but it’s an option in the app, so the store should be able to make it as ordered.

Papa John's at Fort Hamer Parrish is without a doubt the best Papa John's that we have purchased pizzas from. It is obvious that the owner has shared positive values with all of his young workers as they are courteous, respectful and thanks us every time we leave the establishment. They honored veterans like us..United States Marine Corps. Our deepest gratitude Papa John's at Fort Hamer.

I've picked up pizza from this Papa Johns location a couple of times since they opened. Both experiences were good and if course the pizzas were fantastic! The Works is always our favorite on a thin crust! Even though many will disagree, the Hawaiian pizza is also really good....I know, pineapple on a pizza seems wrong, but it sure is good.

They made a mistake, but not entirely their fault as another customer was too excited to get a pizza with a name close to theirs apparently! -lol Thanks for owning your part of the mistake and thanks for the hot pizza and wings, my kids are very happy!
