We have had nothing but problems every time we go. Today is my son’s birthday and he wanted Sonic’s, I was hesitant given our previous experiences of missing food or missed orders from the app causing long waits, but he wanted it for his birthday. We ordered via the app, and when food finally arrived over 20 mins later, drinks were missing. I have never been to this location and had my order correct on the first try. I don’t know if they need to train their order takers or the people in the kitchen, but something has to change. Tonight I ordered two kids cheeseburgers, plain (no toppings). When I saw the order on the screen I verified with the order taker that I wanted they would have cheese on them and he responded “yes, plain means it will be meat, cheese, and bun only.” I get home to find that they do NOT...read full review
