Soup near Parrish

“My wife and I rushed to get to this location because they shut down serving breakfast at 10:30. We got there before 10:30 but was told that they had stopped serving breakfast. There overhead signage was still showing breakfast items. How do you stop serving breakfast items before it was 10:30 ? There was not another customer in this place. We walked out and went next door to First Watch.“
