Hungry Howie's Pizza ( Wings, Subs, Salads, Pasta)

The garlic bread was amazing. The pasta was great as well.

Subject: Poor Customer Service Experience at Hungry Howie’s

To Whom It May Concern,

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at one of your locations. During my recent visit, I was met with an incredibly rude and unprofessional attitude from a Natalie.S Black Jamaican woman working there. Her tone and behavior were completely unnecessary and made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. Also when I ask for her manager info she didn’t give the number and I had to call another hungry Howies then my brother Shamar who used to be the manager to get the information it wasn’t okay this is a terrible location

In addition to that, the other woman present wasn’t helpful at all and didn’t seem interested in resolving anything or even communicating clearly. The overall energy between the staff was off—they clearly lacked communication, and their unprofessional behavior reflected poorly on your brand.

As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of respect and courtesy. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I hope you take the necessary steps to address this. Good customer service matters.

Couldn't get the website to work for nothing! Terrible website! Want able to place my order so I got frustrated and left without ordering anything. Their food is almost always awesome, I love their food. Very disappointed in the website though.

I went there earlier today and ordered a five dollar pizza. Once my pizza got finished. I asked for garlic sauce in the Haitian black lady Was so disrespectful kept over talking me I asked for the manager and he said he will talk to her. She was very rude. She asked me what was my name for the order and I told her she tried to rush me the pizza and when I asked her for the garlic sauce, she was very rude. I love hungry Howies. I always go there. But today she disappointed me customer service was off. No good customer service at all.

The food is really very good! The pizza with ranch sauce is delicious. The service is good, their employees are very friendly.

Ordered the family pack for the film crew. They really enjoyed the pizza. They thought it was delicious and great value for the price. I think it was the butter garlic crust.
