Stopped originally at 900 n university dr location none of the slurpee machines were working so we left and came to this one. IM SO GLAD I DID!!! 2 gentlemen at the counter were extremely polite and helpful when I asked for small slurpee cups for my girls. This store is also super clean. I will be going out of my way to come to this location because it's sooooooooo worth it. Please give recognition to these men working today at 2:30pm. They are so welcoming, polite, and charming.

I understand that the pizza is available 24/7 and whenever I go after 12 they tell me that the oven is off, however there is another one 3 minutes away and they do make my pizza there

In this store there is a short lady, older than her age, with long light hair who is of Latin origin (I know this because on previous occasions she has served me in Spanish) she is the most poorly educated, rude, despotic and with People have little gift for serving the public, their treatment leaves a lot to be desired, I really don't understand how they have her doing a job that is for the public, when she wants she helps you in Spanish and when she feels like it she says she doesn't understand Spanish and he only speaks English to you, making you look bad in front of people, not to mention that if you ask him for a bag to put your products in, he throws it on the counter in a bad way.

I’ve been going to the store for several years and everything was fine, but recently there is a staff member that is very rude to the customers, specially if they don’t speak perfect English which is very rude of her. She doesn’t even stopped herself to say bad words in front of the costumers. And the worst is that she is Spanish too. Shame on her

This place as of late has been useless. Everytime I pull up. The employees are too lazy to tend to customers so they put a sign up saying deliveries only. I literally stay down the street. I waited a while for this place to finally open when they first built it. Now it's just useless real estate. Better off going anywhere else whoever owns this place I hope they lose this business for poor management

I am disabled and I was having a hard time getting in the door because I wasn't feeling very well. So a guy ran out and help me made sure I made it in the door and offered to push me where I needed it inside the store. I remember his name because someone close to me has the same and his name was Charles. But all around it is kept clean and everything you expect out of a 7-Eleven. I come back here with no problems not just because it's on my way, but for the reason that I am given the best service that you don't expect out of a gas station.

I'm a disabled female on my visit to this 7-11q young man by the name of Charles went above and beyond to assist me with getting my gas and made sure I was ok before I left thank you.
Decided to grab some cheap pizza and wing lol for a lazy and rainy Thursday. It was not terrible. The wings were decent. And the pizza was as best as a gas station pizza could be but, the meats pizza was much better than the cheese. Everything was hot and the service wasn't bad.Definitely not my to go place for pizza , but if you want to grab something quick and cheap this is always an option.

I don’t live in the area. I travelled all the way from Orlando, filled up there once on Feb 28. I drove back home and the following morning, my car was giving me trouble to start. On March 2, check engine lights appeared on the dashboard. I had to get my car towed to the dealership and ended up taking away time from my job and also had to pay an Uber for a long drive there. I had to purchase a rental vehicle during the time they inspected the vehicle. Once the dealership took a look at the car, they evaluated that the vehicle had bad fuel, causing damage to the spark plugs in two cylinders. This created a big inconvenience for my time and money. I have proof of this being the last location I purchased gas for the vehicle. It is a brand new 2023 vehicle, purchased only a few months ago and not common for this to have happened. I would appreciate being contacted so we can find a resolution for this.

I am officially over this place. I have been going here for years. It is the simplest problem that they refuse to fix. They have a very good car wash. That’s why I get gas here regardless of the price. The problem is that they never fill the paper for the receipts in the printer at the pump. So for well over a year I have been going inside every time I want a car wash to ask for a receipt. It has become more and more of a hassle. Today I was given the wrong receipt and when I went to bring it back to the lady at the register said it’s not her fault she just works the register and to have a miserable day. All I said was that you guys never fill the paper and I have to come up here and get the receipt, the least you can do is give me the right receipt. She did not seem to care at all and did nothing but tell me that I was complaining too much and that I should have a miserable day. After spending over $80 at this place I think that I could at least get an “I know, sir we’ve been trying to tell management,” or, “I know it’s frustrating but,” or any type of an excuse would work. But no, your staff just wants to be verbally abusive. Thank you, you did ruin my night.
