I like the service and the ambient and I received a recommended service for everyone who come to Florida this year or next

This is a great place to have breakfast. It closes at two pm so get there for breakfast! They don’t cook at home but delicious and yummy for breakfast. The service is great. Staff is very pleasant. Food is excellent and they serve alcohol if you are inclined.

This establishment had always been my husband and I go to restaurant. But NOT anymore. We recently visited Another Broken Egg and we were extremely dissatisfied by how dirty the table area was. There was food under the table, utensils on the floor, and food on the seat. We had to ask someone to clean the area upon sitting us. The bathroom was disgusting. Then once we ordered the waitress never came back to follow up after waiting forty-five minutes for our food. Upon arrival of the food it was cold and the waitress wasn't very attentive.
We left the food and went to another place to eat. In our opinion something has changed and needs to be corrected because it is not being managed properly. Trust me Another Broken Egg is very much Broken!!

This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. We waited 40 minutes to be seated even though there were multiple empty tables visible. The restaurant seemed understaffed and poorly managed.

Once we were finally seated, it took another 15–20 minutes for our server to show up. He apologized and said we were added to his section, which “wasn’t normally his area” — but honestly, that shouldn’t be the customer’s problem.

There were no utensils on the table, and we had to ask for them later. The food itself was good, but it took over 30 minutes to arrive, and several tables seated after us received their meals first.

Our server never checked in after dropping off the food — no refills, no follow-up, nothing. He seemed focused only on his regular section.

Overall, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. The food doesn’t make up for the poor service and long waits. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

We had a great time at Another Broken Egg in Pembroke Pines! Our waiter was Guy, he was awesome! Very helpful and attentive! Will definitely come back and hope we get Guy again!

We have tried this place 3 times in hopes of it getting better and it unfortunately gets worse. The service is unfriendly and unorganized. The food is mediocre and has come out wrong or cold. I would avoid them.

Usually comes to this place and it is getting worse and worse.
Today I waited over a hour to be seated while they let people coming from nowhere go inside without any respect for the line.

The breakfast was below expectations, and the server appeared unhappy and unengaged throughout our visit. A lack of friendliness and enthusiasm from the staff created an unwelcoming atmosphere.

I’ve been coming to this café for a while, and Priscilla always makes the experience great. She’s super friendly, attentive, and remembers little details about customers that make you feel welcome. The service is always quick, and she keeps a positive attitude even when it’s busy. You can tell she really cares about her job and the people she serves.
