First time having Applebees was a 10/10. I had Sammie as my server, his service was so good and he had very good recommendations. He explained the 2 for $25 deal perfectly and we just had a great time. Food was fresh and tasted good, I would definitely come back.

The food was tasty. It was busy because of veteran's day and therefore the service was a little slow, but our waitress was very helpful and happy. We always love the sizzling butter blondie dessert here. The hot honey glazed BBQ chicken & bacon skillet was good too.

Went on Veterans Day and my experience sucked. From the food to the service. This restaurant has went from one of the best in Broward County to being the worse. This is not the first time I've had a horrible experience here. The manager was very rude. Will never go back or recommend it to anyone.

I will never comeback here horrible place to eat at. Last night I went to have dinner with my wife and my son. Wanted to take my wife out to a nice dinner since she was recently hospitalized and I just wanted her to have a nice dinner out somewhere we chose this place big mistake. It was a Tuesday night when we got there there was only a hand full of tables with people eating so it was empty with 4 servers and we still had to wait more than 30 min for our food then when our food came out my wife had the 4 cheese Macaroni with tenders pasta was over cooked and tasteless and the tenders were so skinny and small. Then my food came which whem I got it the chicken was over cooked and dry and the paste portion was alot less than advertised the server did take it back and the manager did put some more pasta in my plate. My wife was very upset with her order and how long it took i told the manager about her order and he did nothing for her order her night was ruined and she wouldn't order anything else so i just gave her half of my food I still tipped my server and paid my bill but it was my first time there and will be my last the night manager is a joke and has no customer service skills I was chef and ran restaurants for many years this was my first and last experience with Applebee's.....
