Had the roast beef with cheese, my recommendation is to get the cheese on the side, the cheese was very watery, and just made a complete mess of the sandwich.

I’m a fan of Arby’s! I find their food to be higher quality compared to other fast-food chains. I especially love their burgers and the King’s Hawaiian Fish Sandwich.
However, this location consistently falls below my expectations. One time, I ordered a Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich through the app and requested no bacon. However, when I received it, there was still bacon on it. The fries are rarely hot and fresh, and the employees often seem confused. Overall, this location just feels disorganized.
I really wish there was another Arby’s nearby because, unfortunately, this one just doesn’t meet the standard.
I ordered and only half my items showed up. Door dasher said it's not her fault but Arby's. Either way the people working won't even answer the phone. I drove over and called watching from the parking lot while they played around and ignored the phone. I highly recommend staying away from this particular unprofessional establishment ..

Be careful using the app at this company! The app somehow put my pick up order for another day (never happened before) & no one at the location can give you ur money back ! Hopefully corporate actually fixes the issue if not they basically stole my money
