I gave up buying capuchino. It’s the worse I’ve ever had. And the price is ridiculous. Plus the guys there were a joke. So disappointed.

They are no longer located there. And their is a small one in the lobby of Memorial west but they only have premade refrigerated sandwiches and most of the time they are sold out. But if you need a coffee that is where you go.

Without a doubt one of the worst morning coffee, bagel, bakery shops in existence. If it wasn't for the fact that I'm trapped at Memorial West Hospital I would never have spent a dime, let alone by now over $25 on dry and dusty baked goods, overly- sugared drinks and a bagel that makes Lenders look gourmet, on a napkin here from dry and dust like croissants to an obnoxiously sweet mango drink to a bagel that makes lenders taste gourmet - it is all overpriced, horrible food and Nemorial West should kick them out and offer something that released a smile to a patient's face

The nastiest coffee, stale bagels and expired muffins. On top of the 2 women in the front have a nasty attitude. If you don’t want to be there I am sure someone else wants your job!!!!! Why have an attitude, people are only in the hospital because they have to be there!!! I’m fighting the charges with my bank because going back to get a refund is a waste of time talking to the nasty 2 women that are there right now!!!
The staff was very friendly&helpful,reasonable prices$$...great customer service.Located right inside (Memorial West Hospital) I totally recommend the chicken noodle ? soup with oyster crackers from Westminster bakers!?

Au bon pain located on the first floor of Memorial West Hospital. They have the most horrible service, there was three employees that were doing absolutely nothing. One appeared to be new judging based on the fact that she kept asking questions and appeared to be confused. I went to order one item and the little black girl looked at me and proceeded to do nothing. As this was my second time coming because she did the same thing when I came 30 mins prior to trying She kept trying to avoid helping me and finally asked if I needed something after the lady standing behind me skipped me because her and the new chick was talking with a women who looked like she was watching over them. After watching them talk and allowed the lady to skip me I walked off and refuse to ever go to that place or recommend it to ANYONE.

The girls here work efficiently, hardworking and sweet.However, one of the males in the morning not so much you can tell his annoyed and lacks people skills. The plain croissant is always fresh it’s my favorite. The ham and cheese one is sometimes fresh sometimes the ham has a after taste. The cheesecake brownies are to die for. The chicken empanada is disgusting who puts chunks of carrot in a empanada. For the prices they charge everything should be top quality. The 3 stars if for the overall food quality ratio to price and the young mans demeanor. The girls get 5 stars.
