Been coming here for years. Their pretzels are very good, taste fresh and delicious. Pepperoni and cinnamon sugar are my favorites. Staff is nice but service can be slow sometimes. Most of the time there is a long line to place an order.

It's in the mall... that atmosphere. But anyway there was a young man working there on Saturday and I was so uncomfortable because I asked him for my cookie and I told him that it was not in my bag he asked me for the bag to confirm after I told him twice😒🧐 I don't know I just feel some type of way about that but I'll get three stars overall
Me and my family love going here to grab something eat when we come to the mall. The workers are friendly and food is delicious.

Thank you so much to the team at Auntie Anne's at Pembroke Lakes mall. It was my birthday and the staff here was showing me how to download the app and redeem my birthday reward but because I had just downloaded it, the reward was not on the app and would take 24 hours to be there. Despite this, the staff gave me a free classic pretzel as a courtesy. Thank you so much for the pretzel and your kindness, ladies!!

Maria was amazing. We ordered e Cinnamon buns, a churro, and a pretzel. The churro she grabbed broke and she knew replaced it with a better sexier churro. Very pleasant staff and that line moved swiftly.
