This place has gone downhill paid $30 for a meal and this was the “side of baked beans” literally in a styrofoam shot glass, will not be returning

Definitely a hidden gem in Pembroke Pines! It’s all about the quality of the meat. The owner told me you start with good ingredients first and it shows. I’m a fan of the cheeseburger and the brisket!

We used Bare Bones BBQ to cater our New Year’s Eve family celebration, and it was hands down one of the best catering decisions we’ve ever made. From the moment I picked up the food, you could tell how much care and skill goes into everything they make. The portions were generous, and the smell alone had everyone excited before we even started eating. We ordered for 16 people: 2 trays of brisket, 1 tray or ribs, and one tray of the sides. It was more than enough food and we had plenty of leftovers for January 1st.

The brisket was outstanding: perfectly smoked, incredibly tender, and full of rich flavor without being overly fatty.
My brother in-law remarked that this is the BEST brisket he has had outside of Texas. The ribs were a total crowd favorite, with meat that literally fell right off the bone and a sauce that balanced smoky, sweet, and savory perfectly. The island rice was a pleasant surprise for many of our guests and paired so well with the BBQ, adding a unique and flavorful twist to the meal.

We also loved that the sides were just as memorable as the main dishes. The mac and cheese was creamy, cheesy, and comforting, with just the right texture, not dry at all, and everyone had seconds. The grilled vegetables were fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked just right, making them a great option for guests who wanted something lighter without sacrificing flavor.

Every single guest commented on how amazing the food was, and many asked where it came from. Bare Bones BBQ truly helped make our New Year’s Eve celebration special, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. If you’re considering them for catering or even just a regular meal, don’t hesitate, you won’t be disappointed.

The meat isnt even as succulent as it used to be to , damn inflation really ruined this place

This is an awesome place! Best beef brisket I’ve ever had. So juicy! Sides were all tasty and fresh. Dining area is very clean and well decorated. Staff were friendly. I’d recommend going.

Had an amazing meal here: brisket was the best I’ve ever had, so juicy and tender! The beef rib was fall off the bone. For sides we had the mac and cheese which was amazing, the Mexican corn and the sweet and tangy coleslaw. All were terrific. The service was excellent and the owner was awesome. They have expanded the dine in area and it looks great. There are three or four large TVs hanging up for your entertainment. Great place and I highly recommend.

Subpar at best , corn 7/10, coleslaw 3/10 the worst I ever tasted I dont know what they were going for don't talk about the ribs 2/10 it had a artificial chemical taste it was like fake smoke, all and all I won't be going back please skip. $19 for 3 ribs and sides so small it makes no sense the value for your dollar is not here people
