BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

It was a very busy day—Father's Day—and our waiter went above and beyond to accommodate our large group. Despite the crowd, he remained attentive, patient, and professional the entire time. He definitely earned his tip and then some!

The restaurant & bathrooms were terribly dirty. The service was nice but the food came out without the condiments so it was cold but the time we finally got our full meal to eat. the pizza was under cooked. the Coleslaw tasted like chemicals. They never cleared the dirty dishes from the appetizers so our small table for 2 was piled with dirty and clean dishes all together. We couldn't find a waiter when we needed one. The other star would not help us.We will never go back to this restaurant.

The food was much better before. Unfortunately, I had send my food back, which I absolutely hate to do because I know how hard the staff work. But, my sautéed shrimp were more like sushi style in the shrimp scampi. Another family member had the pork chops and it was extremely fatty. We were very disappointed needless to say. Hopefully it's just the cook was having an off day.

Went to BJs to celebrate a birthday and after sitting down at our table, we came to learn that the beer refrigeration system was down and none of their tap beers were available. This was very disappointing. Understanding that things happen beyond their control at times, we should have been advised upon arrival of the issue. Separately, a couple of us ordered mini pizzas which, while tasty, did not arrive hot to our table. Otherwise, our server Keith, was great and efficient with our orders. We love this restaurant, but tonight was not their night.

Family friendly with something on the menu for everyone. My favorite things are the dry rub wings and roasted salmon.

Had an amazing waitress named “Nicole” she was very assertive and on top of everything including drinks. She deserves to be a supervisor or leader of all . Thank you Nicole !! God bless

The three course dinner is awesome. I ordered a salad, prime rib, broccoli, baked potato and a pazooki for a set price. I actually didn't like BJ's until they came up with this deal. The service has been great and the food above average. I also like how they work with the local schools and provide free pazooki's to kids that have good grades. As long as the three course meal stays on the menu, I'll be back!

The customer service was fantastic and food was great.it was the first time that the family went to this restaurant and we will definitely return

BJs is a good place to go if you want a burger and a beer. The food was good but not outstanding. Service was a little slow even for a Wednesday night. I gave them a 4 star rating because every time I've been there, the food is consistent so I know exactly what I'm getting. Wine list is short. Not much on it that's worth what they charge. Their white wine sangria was very good.

The food was good. We had to use sanitizer wipes to clean the sticky tables and menus.
Having to wait 30+ minutes for our check when the place was basically empty was not satisfactory. We had to ask the hostess up front 3 times to find our server for our check. No Bueno 👎 😞

Waiter was horrible and inattentive it turned a 1.5 hour dinner into 3 even when it died down. We were brought dirty dessert plates not once but twice completely dirty with food residue. We had to call the waiter out of the kitchen at least 3 times due to the long wait time in between and every time we would catch him just gossiping. Never was offered a drink refill even for water. By the time clean plates came for our dessert the cookies were cold and ice cream melted. I asked him for a box and it took 20+ minutes and 2 reminders. Food was okay but the service and lack of cleanliness made me never want to come back. Imagine what we do not see under our food if they so calmly bring you dirty plates where you can see it. Do not recommend this location.

We were there last weekend. Jessica served us. She was in a hurry, she didn't give us water, she took a while to take our drink orders, then she took a while to take our food order, then my husband's food arrived but she told me that there was no chicken, that my dish was not available and the drinks had not yet arrived. My husband's food arrived first, my food was not there and the drinks had not yet arrived. I reminded her about the drinks, she went to get them and my pina colada had melted cream. I imagine it was because of the delay in serving them. She brought my husband white wine and he ordered red wine. I asked for another dish to replace the previous one and she went to the kitchen, came back and told me that there was no chicken available... her service was a disaster and when we asked for the bill she was very fast and attentive to the tip... I have never been served by a waitress so disorganized, she doesn't even know the menu or the drinks. the restaurant beautiful the service terrible.

The service was excellent and the food was good. We had to wait over thirty minutes as a party of 12, which wasn't too bad—especially since the guys got a beer and watched part of the game until we were called. It worked out well for all of us (lol).

Once seated, we skipped the appetizers and put the kids' orders first. Then the rest of us chose from their varied menu. Since pictures speak louder...please take a look so that I can keep this brief.

We enjoyed our time together. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, and we plan to return.
