BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

We have always gone to the Coral Springs location and have recently received horrible service starting at the host desk to the servers. Our reservations were more like suggestions to them and they were never ready for us. When we tried to speak up we would get attitude and we had a rude manager make excuses for rude behavior. It was clear that they just didn't care. We decided it was time to try Pembroke Pines, and what a difference!!! Welcoming service from beginning to end. Amazing what a great experience it was! I highly recommend the PP location over CS. It was worth it for us.

Always enjoy dining at BJ's. My usual BJ's is in Palm Beach Lakes for lunch and dinner on occasion. I chose to try the Pembroke Pines location and it did not disappoint with service and food. Always and awesome time for my palate and refreshing services.

Beer was flat. But expensive.
Porkchop was heavy on the salt.
The waiter was ok all and all but was rude at first and started talking in ebonics at one point. White guy talking to blk person like an escaped slave not a good take.
Another server repeatedly glared at me everytime he walked by (like 8 times) don't know what that was about.
Ceiling dripped on me.
They did try to give me a military discount but it didn't work bc my meal included a free desert.
And bartender did help me with seating.
Been here several times in 2 states not coming back.

I have been going to this BJs for a while with my friends and I always get the same server(Shawn) He is a great guy who is great at what he does! He always gives us great recommendations and always has a smile on his face.The food is always good and it’s a great environment to relax after a long day with friends.

Terrible food, horrible drink and average service. Food always cold, drinks (beer are hot, bar drinks really weak and unflavored) . Most of the times don't have most of the food advertised. Over price for the quality of food and service. Will not visit nor recommended this location.

BJ’s has great food and excellent service! Danny, the bartender, is amazing—always friendly, with great recommendations and top-notch service. However, the ladies’ restroom is consistently disappointing—it often smells like urine and is not well-maintained.

Danny is hands down the best bartender! His service consistently goes above and beyond—every time I come in, I'm greeted with a smile and he already knows my usual. The level of service here is top-notch, and I highly recommend stopping by just for that. I absolutely love coming here. That said, the restrooms could definitely use some attention and improvement.

The fact that they charge $26 for this plate and allow this to leave the kitchen burnt is appalling.

Nice restaurant. Big and spacious and the service was quick. Food was good too, we had a good first time experience. We will be back!
