Once we ordered, we waited about an hour for our dinners to arrive cold. We never heard from the server again after the apps came. We just sat there. First time there, and last time. Its also pretty expensive for having such terrible service and being so poorly run. I never post a review unless I truly had a bad experience. I wish I would have stopped to eat at any of the 20 restaurants we passed on the way.

If I could rate this place any higher I would, the service was truly exceptional, we were greeted immediately when we came in and was escorted to a nice table, where we were immediately greeted by James who was attentive and even offered us recommendations to accommodate our select food choices, continued to check in on us through out the evening to see if we needed anything else, truly a great effort on his part

The entire experience for 8 of us was just terrible. It started out okay but quickly went downhill. The trio chip appetizer showed up with about half the chips needed to eat the three dishes. The other appetizer was forgotten about until we reminded the waitress. The first round of drinks came and then she disappeared. We sat for 15 minutes looking an empty glasses once we were done with them. When the dinner did come out the two people that ordered the overpriced $32 ribeyes medium well had to send them both back cuz they were bloody. My mahi tacos were bland and tasteless with a piece of breaded fish laid in tasteless soggy cabbage. Oh that's not forget the extra corn chips that finally showed up at the end of the meal when everyone was full and the three dishes for dipping were ice cold. It was definitely a combined effort by the staff and kitchen to waste our $250. Never again

We went on a date night with my husband and had a horrible experience. The food was cold, the rice uncooked and the burger very poor and dry. The waitress and manager were very courteous and tried to fix the situation, but we just wanted to leave and go somewhere else.

Benjamin was absolutely amazing! Me and my boyfriend came in less than an hour to close and usually servers aren’t too thrilled but luckily Benjamin was ready to GO! He made sure to go above and beyond to save us a couple $$ on happy hour and give us stellar service. We’ll back just for this man.
