Boba + Chill Pembroke Pines

Ive always come to this boba shop and get the same drink (a Vietnamese coffee with a flavored cold foam) as offered on the menu. It’s always delicious and I’ve never had a problem with the workers! Today a worker told me that I can’t order the drink and that the Vietnamese coffee only comes with crema. I asked her if the crema can be flavored like the sign says and she said no only the matcha can have cold foam. However, I’m confused because the sign clearly states something else? Am I crazy? She said she would do me the favor this time and make it for me but if I come back and order it again I will get the same answer. When I pointed out the sign she said it’s a brand new sign (only been up for 2 days) but I’ve seen the sign there every time I’ve come for the last couple of months. I’m a barista and I can understand how frustrating it can be to deal with customers who act like they know more than the worker, but it’s literally on the menu. It was disappointing to hear. ))):

Cute aesthetics and decent boba, but DO NOT let it distract you from the terrible customer service. Employee at the register was rude and the rest of the employees had no energy and looked miserable. Very disappointing experience for my first time.

Honestly the boba is pretty tasty but the customer service is terrible. I've been twice and a smile hasn't been cracked not once.

Terrible customer service. People here have zero energy. Have no respect for their customers. I do not recommend. On top of that they charge for light ice. What type of place charges people to put less ice in something you’ve already paid for. There’s no way in hell this is the world we live in.

Honestly, it’s a cool place but there’s no public Wi-Fi so there’s no way to work there. It’s a confusing place because it says Boba and chill yet. You can’t really chill there because you can’t work there.
I was told the owner does not want to provide a public Wi-Fi which as a digital nomad doesn’t help me .

If you like retro, adorable, pink, delicious, boba-y, you will love this so much.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Boba + Chill inside of 95Pho has such a cute aesthetic, yo I would think it’s an expensive cafe but really they’re reasonably priced and have the BEST boba drinks I’ve had in broward. They have all the toppings and flavors you could dream up your own combo.

The new Taro soft serve ice cream is ADDICTING and sooo cute! Such a perfect place for girls who loves pink! My fave boba is creating my own rose black milk tea topped with crema.

The children at the boba are not polite what's so ever there were barely any boba balls inside yesterday and when I stood on the side to ask very nicely if they could put a extra teaspoon of boba the girls looked at me like I was a zombie 🧟‍♂️ and said the only way was to charge you extra no hi sir hello nothing and the African American girl was absolutely not helpful at all and the only boy that works there grabbed his cleaning spray right in front of me literally 6 inches away from me and couldn't even say excuse me where it was located in front of the trash can I would've definitely told someone excuse me if I was going to attempt to grab the bottle they are young children with no respect for older people.

The service here is really good and the Boba isn't bad. However it's just not a clean or kept up establishment. The seats and tables are typically not clean.

Boba and Chill is located inside of Nine Five Pho and never fails to disappoint. It’s always consistent and that’s what I love about it. It is a cute little shop and has a wall for you to take pictures as well if you are into food blogging. Service was typical of a boba shop. I always get the Purple Taro and I love it.

Too much ice and too much caffeine in their drinks, but aside from that, the drinks are pretty okay.
