Please give the entire team who worked on Saturday Nov 22nd 2025 a big raise! The entire staff was so kind with our son, and we are very grateful for it. We drove a long way from another Bolay location because they were out of pesto noodles and our son (who has autism) was crying while heartbroken. We appreciate the kindness and the smiles the staff showed us and our son! They made our night and our son said “I am happy now” :)

I tried to order online through UberEats, and within a matter of 5 minutes my order was cancelled. I understand that Bolay may run out of options, or since it's during a busy lunch rush that they may not be taking Uber orders, but there was no communication at all between myself and the store. I have had other restaurants call me directly and mention that they are out of a requested item, and discuss substitutions with me directly so I can still receive my food. If this was the case with my order, I would understand and work with Bolay. If there was an item online that they no longer serve, I would understand that and see if there was anything roughly around the same price to receive my food. If they are not taking anymore online orders, that would be extremely helpful to know over the phone right before they update their UberEats page to say that they arent accepting orders.

Not only was there no contact from any store employees, I can't get into contact with anyone through the phone despite calling several times and from several numbers. All I receive is an automated voice message prompting me to leave a message.

In the year of 2025, where technology makes it easier to communicate with one another, the lack of communication and a basic, quick 15 second explanation was deeply upsetting.

After getting off of a long day at work I come to Bolay and find everything nice and well maintained and clean! Emily and Nicole are amazing doers! Their service was nice friendly and quick. I usually go to the east Bolay but seeing the difference of service and the food quality i will be coming here more frequently. This Bolay has grilled chicken and the east Bolay still doesn't have grilled chicken yet. Food is amazing here!!!

I was excited to come to Bolay because we don’t have any around us and I love their steak bowl. We got there at 7:25pm (closing time is 9pm) and they said they were completely out of steak and weren’t making anymore. They were already low on a lot of items and starting to close up (mopping etc). Other people were trying to order steak after as well and nothing. I think it’s inexcusable to be out of your only other main protein option other than chicken (chicken was all they had and it had been sitting there for awhile)

I just ordered a bowl with the lemon chicken. Online it says white meat. It is not it is slimmy fatty dark meat. Why can’t companies come out of the pocket a little and serve good chicken breast?

Bolay is one of our go to places! Great food and the service is very family friendly. I appreciate the healthy food and our toddler loves it too so that’s always a plus 😆.

I love this place, especially after a workout. I always get the Asian noodles, broccoli, steak, with pickled onions and cilantro. Always has me feeling full but still light.
