Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen

I go to this Bolay location pretty often, and honestly the main reason I keep coming back is because of the staff. There’s a ginger guy that works there along with Peyton and another girl (Ana I think) who are easily the top three employees in the whole store. They’re always friendly, quick, and actually make the experience enjoyable instead of just feeling like another fast-casual stop. You can tell they care about the customers and the quality of the service.

To be completely honest, if those three ever stopped working there I’d probably stop coming too. They’re that big of a reason the place feels welcoming and worth visiting. They seriously deserve raises because employees like that make the entire experience better and keep customers coming back.

One small thing that did feel a little off though was a $1 coupon I received. 😭 But money is money I guess so I won’t complain.

Overall though, great food and especially great service from those three employees they’re the reason this location stands out.

You can build a super healthy bowl loaded with veggies and lean protein, or go heartier, and everything still feels clean and light. Portions are generous enough for a satisfying work lunch, game‑day takeout, or sharing with the family without feeling like you overpaid.
Drink selection is another highlight. They have an excellent lineup of brewed teas (including organic Tractor flavors), plus bottled and fountain drinks, sparkling waters, and more, so you’re not stuck with the same basic soda every time. It’s the kind of detail that shows they care about the full experience, not just getting food out the door.
Atmosphere and cleanliness are top‑tier for a fast‑casual spot. The line, hot bar, and dining room look well‑kept, the food on display looks vibrant, and the whole setup gives you more of a relaxed table‑service vibe than a typical quick service restaurant. It works just as well for a quick solo lunch on a busy day as it does for bringing the family or even a low‑key date when you want great food and a nice environment without breaking the bank.
Overall, Bolay nails the concept: fast, customizable bowls with real ingredients, bold flavors, and a space you actually want to sit and enjoy. This has become one of my go‑to places in Pembroke Pines for a dependable, high‑quality meal.

Rob Barker is just spectacular the essence of what you would want a manager to be. He is inviting welcoming, attentive passionate about what he does and cares about quality. I see him constantly on the floor with his team. It looks like no job is too big or too small. The staff is friendly. The food is great highly recommend.

My first time here and I will say that I will be coming back.
The location is clean , cool , grest music and everything checked the box.
The service was positive as they explained everything and with a great attitude.
Food: I built a bowl with jasmine rice , corn, spinach, corn , feta cheese and steak. Everything tasted fresh 😋 and the steak was perfect temperature (medium rare / medium ) with a tasty seasoning to it. The portion was good to come back.
