Arrived at 7:45 all chairs were picked up. All food picked up. Employee did not acknowledge us. I had to ask if they were open and the employee didn’t even look at us to say yes. All food was already picked up. Maybe it’s time to change the closing time since employees are ready to go before time.

I love the food and the concept at Bolay, it’s like Chipotle but with more variety, and everything tastes really good. My family and I enjoy coming here. Today, though, the experience was a bit disappointing because the music was extremely loud both inside and outside. The weather was beautiful, so we sat outdoors, but the speakers were so loud it made eating stressful. I really hope the volume and music choice can be adjusted, because otherwise this is a great place.

The food is great quality. You gotta choose two base and some sides our server Alex was very kind and patient with us. He helped us achieve a good balance of vegetables and protein, and it turned out a great dinner with healthy choices. Definitely come here.

Bolay never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. I love how customizable everything is and how healthy the options are without sacrificing taste. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the restaurant is always clean. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I want a good, filling meal.

Extremely frustrating experience at Bolay. I came in specifically for steak, only to be told they were completely out — which is unacceptable for a core protein option. After I expressed my disappointment, they said they could cook more, but it would take about 15 minutes.

I agreed to wait, only to be completely forgotten. No follow-up, no update, no apology — nothing. I had to go back and remind them I was even waiting. By that point, the whole experience was ruined.

Between running out of steak, the long wait, and the terrible customer service, this visit was a huge letdown. Poor communication and zero accountability. Definitely not the level of service I expect.
