Ordered for delivery. Waited an hour only to have order “cancelled” just when it was to be delivered. No reason. Credit card charged. Called the local store (Pembroke Pines) twice, phone rang forever and no one picked up. Very dissatisfied. And hungry. This customer is lost forever.

I went by around 6 yesterday and they were closed even though it says 8pm they close and today when I call them over and over no one is answering and it says there open they need to step it up the Boston market in Miami lakes will always be better, do better pembroke pines store.

PLACE IS A DUMP CAREFUL! They do cash only near the night time. Close at 7pm. Serve on turkey after 540pm according to the guy that was trying to take my order. Looks roach infested. Place won’t last long. I backed up and left. How can a owner stand for this ?

OMG have anyone been going to this Boston market first of all not serve in the Boston market food. I feel like they just bought the restaurant with the name and they making their own food chicken was burnt and old. Everything was just wrong. Everything was not fresh at all I think they just brought the name in the restaurant and random people just cooking whatever they think taste like Boston market need to be shut down!!!!!

We made an online catering order with Boston Market for our company event and we were told that the Tamarac location would have our confirmation by Friday. We followed up by going to the store and it was closed. I CAN NOT BELIEVE YOU PEOPLE ARE DOING THIS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. We have had to scrabble over the weekend to make other arrangements for 50+ people. HOW INCREDIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give negative starts I would.

Went to go and pick up lunch for a family lunch. Drove and drive through was blocked off. Front door hand written signs indicating drive through only, cash only, open at 2:30pm when there were to be open at noon.
Place is a joke. People that work here are a joke. One day drive through is down. The next the credit card machine is down. They never have any food and the employees are beyond rude. Whoever is in charge needs to get it together. Corporate? 9/10 times the employees are sitting on there a** doing absolutely nothing but being rude and disrespectful. Will never eat here again and best believe I am spreading the word to everyone. Hopefully it will be shut down or new management will take over.

THIS IS NOT THE 1ST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME AT THIS LOCATION. WHILE ASKING QUESTIONS SHE GOT FUSTRATED AND SAID I WILL CXL YOUR ORDER AND HUNG UP ON ME. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!! THIS PLACE DONT EVEN DESERVE A 1 STAR!!!!!! IT NEEDS A ZERO STAR AND TRANING ON HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE. AND THE REVIEWS FOR THIS LOCATION IS JUST SAD. Please be careful, don't place a order in the app. I just pass by , it was after 12:30 & it appears it has shut down. You will never get your money back. The corporate office also seems to have also shut down. You can not get a hold of no one at Boston Market

What a joke. They don't open until noon daily and then it's drive thru only. Place looks abandoned inside and out. Drive thru menu Board shut down and blank with handwritten "menus" taped to the glass. Chicken very bland not like it used to be. Macaroni and cheese like from a box. Save your money and avoid this place!

Food is HORRIBLE now! I never thought Boston Market wouldn’t be a go to.Just close your stores down with dignity instead of giving us boxed food. Chicken is nasty now. If you can’t use your chicken recipe! Close the store down! All the sides were horrible! I bought a family meal and threw the food away! I want a refund! Things too expensive to be wasting money like this!
