We were celebrating a small baby sprinkle and had such a great experience with a private room at Brimstone Pembroke Gardens. The service was great, the customized menu was perfect and everyone had a great time, without having to worry about anything really. Thank you so much to the events staff and service staff day-of!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (would’ve been 10 if my the Mediterranean salad still existed 😭 WTH Brimstone?!!

I am SO sad and deeply disappointed that you guys took my absolute FAVORITE Mediterranean salad off the menu. My friend and I literally went every single week just for this salad ….we raved about it to everyone we know, and now… it’s gone.

After a horrible month, this was my one little piece of joy, my crispy lettuce-covered therapy session… and now it’s my 13th reason…
Please, Brimstone, if you’re reading this.. I beg you, PLEASE bring back the Mediterranean salad.. Until then, I’ll just be sitting here reminiscing about what once was.. the best salad that ever existed

Haven’t been here in 10 years and would come back because of David. All the staff including Ashley and the young man who brought out our food were so sweet, but David was the best server. Very kind and took time to customize our son’s order making helpful suggestions . Food was great: I appreciated too that the live music was outside but indoors was quiet. Would recommend!
