It's been a while since I've dined here. I've returned because they mailed me a birthday coupon $20 off $40. I want to let you know that the service & food was amazing!! We ordered the Bruchetta sampler & Pasta Al Vodka, and they tasted sooooo good. Best Bruschetta I've ever had. Our server was Boris, and he was friendly, attentive, and fast. I'm definitely coming back!

During One of my best trip to Florida I wanted to try pasta from the source itself, we all know that Italian gourmet has the best taste when it comes to cook it. So my girlfriend, my friends and I, went to a this Italian restaurant to savor this cuisine.We took our time and chose the nearest and the most beautiful Italian restaurant, we really love appreciate the place at first glance, it is very enlightened, we had some Italian wine, and the entry was delicious, I had to try some of my Italian vocabulary. We had good conversations while we were waiting for the food to be served, we asked questions and learned about the culture, moreover it was fascinating. After we got served our plates, we had some pasta, Lasagna, Rigatoni and Gnocchi, I really like their Gnocchi, it was soft and delicious.We really enjoyed this restaurant, we even tried twice before we left the state.

Very disappointment with the service and customer treatment. On Friday night my son went with his girlfriend to dinner, they sat them on the patio and waited 45 minutes for at least one waiter to come to the table to offer water, even though he called to be attended, they were ignored. and I have preferred to go somewhere else. I understand that there is little staff but it is preferable not to seat customers and waste their time..Very disappointing with the service and customer treatment. On Friday night my son went with his girlfriend to dinner, they sat them on the patio and waited 45 minutes for at least one waiter to come to the table to offer water, even though he called to be attended to, they were ignored . and preferred to go somewhere else. I understand that there is little staff but it is preferable not to seat customers and waste their time.
Boris was simply AMAZING. We were a very large group and he had so much patience. Food was delicious.

I went there today to have a birthday dinner with my family. The food was great, the atmosphere was super nice but the service was horrible. I imagine they were probably understaffed, but still not what you would expect from a place like this, especially if you consider how empty it was.We first ordered drinks (including apple juice for my 2 toddlers), the kids' food, and 2 amazing carpaccios as appetizers. Then we ordered the main courses and it took at least 40 minutes to arrive. The kids' apple juice arrived right when the kids were finishing their meal. On top of that, the juices were put in the table out of any adults or kids' reach.When we finished our food, the server removed the plates but never offered anything else, not dessert, no more drinks, no nothing.After waiting a while, I could finally catch the server and order 2 tiramisu. Waited a crazy amount of time to get our desserts, 1 of them was great, and the other one was fully frozen, the server even said, "it is frozen but it is still good". no, it wasn't. He could have offered something else if he knew it wasn't as it should have been. The check was the only thing that arrived super fast.Almost forgot to mention that we were never served nor offered water or even bread while we waited so long for our food.

I hosted an educational dinner program at this location and I more than impressed with the private dining room, family style dinner, and service. Our server, Boris was professional, polite, and overall amazing. I definitely recommend Brio Pembroke Pines for private dining.

My daughter's calamari was the typical, high-seasoned calamari... Overall, just nothing special. ??♀️Waiter and manager were nice, though!
