Good afternoon, it turns out that we placed an order, I live in Miramar and you have the business and I called this place as Karen, I placed this order at 5:30 and I ordered 50 wings. For an address, they told me by phone that I had to pick it up. I went there after 20 minutes and it turns out that this business is closed. We called and said that it was time to go to Tamarac, which is where the address was. It marked 35 minutes from my house and the same 35 minutes on the way back. minutes, I mean it was more than 1 and 10 minutes and I told them to give me my money back and they said yes and today I check and they tell me that they charged me and I said that I was not going to pay for something that I couldn't go that far I need my money and now they say that they are going to charge 25 TIC dollars and I am not going to do that, I feel my rights have been violated.

The service here is consistently slow and understaffed. Regardless of the day of the week or time of day, there is never enough staff.

The service was extremely slow even though there were only 3 other tables occupied. Then when the food arrived ... same quality as frozen food from the grocery aisle.

Just close the doors I used to come here before it was even Brus Room just close the doors now the service the food it’s horrible. It’s a ghost town. It doesn’t take 40 minutes for wings to come out wrong. This is crazy. It’s like they just need to close the door there’s no reason to be open. No one goes there. It’s terrible Like it has it. To shut down

Service was so slow. Three of us eating lunch at 1pm ... Only four other tables there. Took 2 hours. Cocktails are terrible. They were out of the two beers I wanted. Overcharged for my friend's cocktail. And the servers and manager were completely rude when asked about it. Food was okay. We won't go back.

The atmosphere is outstanding. They have one of the best ribs I've ever tasted locally and their wings are pretty good. My only complaint is the service was a bit slow, but understandable due to going on a busy sports night. I highly recommend them if you and your friends want to hangout to watch an sporting event.

Man been coming here for a while but you can tell how the w shift of people not looking to work at sports at anymore. Every week was a different bartender in outside area which is best area. Every time I come here I would spend easily close to 70 with good tip. Just me and would do an appetizer and 2-3 drinks. I come now to flanigans or Chili’s and always get so much more and average bill is like 40. Hate to say it but f[]{ this place and will never come back again.

Extremely bad customer service. Manager is no where to be found. Walked in restaurant well over an hour before closing but couldn’t be seated because the kitchen was supposedly close, but yet I could’ve ordered food to go. Felt racially profiled.
