Man been coming here for a while but you can tell how the w shift of people not looking to work at sports at anymore. Every week was a different bartender in outside area which is best area. Every time I come here I would spend easily close to 70 with good tip. Just me and would do an appetizer and 2-3 drinks. I come now to flanigans or Chili’s and always get so much more and average bill is like 40. Hate to say it but f[]{ this place and will never come back again.

Extremely bad customer service. Manager is no where to be found. Walked in restaurant well over an hour before closing but couldn’t be seated because the kitchen was supposedly close, but yet I could’ve ordered food to go. Felt racially profiled.

This place is right by my house and although i hadn't been in many years my parents and i decided to try it out again. Inside has so many tv's and the booths have a cushion built into the wooden benches which is a minute detail that really makes it a more comfortable experience. Our server Michie was quick to greet us and super friendly, she gave her recommendations on different meals and even the scoop on which dishes the chef working that night made the best. We started with the pretzel bites appetizer which was okay, then split the 2 for 20 menu, i had the Triple Threat wings as per Michie's recommendation which were delicious and tender with a sticky sweet yummy sauce topped in garlic. My parents split the buffalo chicken salad which also yummy but The kitchen was pretty backed up and the food took a really long time to come out so their chicken was a bit cold. Our server was very apologetic and sweet, i will definitely be back again soon.

We always enjoy the food and the vibe at Bru's. Those eggrolls are delicious! It's flaky crunchy and the flavors! Omg!

This place was always kind of hit and miss but there was always a handful of staff who'd be on point with the service. This place has fallen off now that those people are gone. Full of a bunch of people who check their phones instead of take your drink orders. I thought to give it another chance after I sat at the bar for 10 mins with no service because I wanted some Triple Threat, but it was more of the same. Can't see myself going back again

This establishment is absolutely horrendous!!! They are racist and extremely predatory against urban guest! They have a system for music called "TouchTunes" however ever urban selection is automatically filtered from being playable, whether clean or not. It is absolutely clear that music appealing to minorities is their target for exclusion! I have purchased multiple songs and they have not been played and I have not been offered compensation. The food at this establishment is beyond mediocre and the drinks are extremely weak... the service reflects the moto of the staff as there were little to no interpersonal interaction even though I made my complaints know ... This establishment is indicative of the "Old south" and I hope that all parties penalized ‼ I have queued songs that have been skipped and over looked without compensation! This is highly irregularly and I am completely unsatisfied with the management and staff of this establishment on Pines Blvd and Palm Ave. Never have I been subjugated to such overt racism! This establishment should not be allowed to operated and the food & drink is not good enough to excuse their overt lack of professionalism and conduct. Our server was Anastasia and her supervisor was Lisa. It is very important to note that the supervisor was friendly and helpful, while Anastasia was not. Anastasia was confrontational and abrasive. She also refused to answer simple questions as to why clean music was not played while other music which had profane lyrics were allowed to play in the establishment. My party knew and understood that she did not have control over the music, however her demeanor and attitude was horrendously atrocious. She was rude, unapproachable, and overall displeasing. I will absolutely never revisit this establishment and I urge all other ppl of color to also boycott. Upo. Arrival the playlist was OPEN. AFTER selecting several "Clean" songs, I was inadvertently advised that it would not be played simply because the composer of the song was a person of color. This establishment is highly racist and I would not recommend. This establishment is inheriting discriminatory and I do not recommend anyone to experience it. This Business is not inclusive! The only highlight was meeting the supervisor.
