FOOD TASTE LIKE ASS! The to go guy has bad attitude and no customer service. Food took an hour and it was missing the chicken tender. Not coming back again. Don’t waste your money and time on this place.

Ordering was very easy on the app. The food was ready in time. It was warm and delicious. The gentleman inside when I came to pick it up was friendly and respectful. He made sure all of the items were in the bag.
Will definitely come again.
I ordered the 20 boneless wings(4 flavors), fries, and celery/carrots. Great special for $16.99

Terrible service. Michael served us this morning and he was completely apathetic and unfriendly. There were only 2 customers in the restaurant. They gave me the food without my fries (for which I had to go back in and ask) and they gave me only 4 tenders when I ordered 5. In writing it may sound like a lame complaint, but you can feel when you are being taken advantage of. Not the first time I have a bad experience in this location.

My family went to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner for the first time in a long while.
The restaurant was pretty empty for a Friday night, so you would expect your meal in a decent time, right. Unfortunately for us, that wasn't the case.
The waitress brought out two of the meals and stated she was waiting on the third. That's what seemed like ten fifteen minutes she came back to say they hadn't made the 3rd meal yet, a chicken sandwich, and it would be another 6 minutes. That was the last straw for my husband. We canceled the sandwich and asked for the check.
Long story short, the saving grace for the night was the GM Michael. My husband explained what happened. The delays, the waitress's lack of attentiveness, and frankly, poor service.
Michael was apologetic, scratched the bill, gave us his business card, and a few meal cards. Thank you for that.
As a family who works in service, we appreciate good service. The wait staff is the face of the business and based on the service we received tonight, it was extremely disappointing.
A smile goes a long way... For goodness sake, the least you can do is make sure the order is placed in a timely manner and the whole table is fed at the same time.

I came with my friends at 00:20, and the girl who served us said that the kitchen closes 45 minutes before 1, we couldn't take an order to take away. And we missed her coming to the place... If they close the kitchen at 00:15, the kitchen should change its schedule in the app, it's disrespectful.

Manager was be really unrespectufully she scream go outside because is the rules what's going with the employees in this wild buffalo wings im.not agree I just take my food for table they put all my order for take out first mistake and second mistake the manager say go outside for eat who she are im.not animal I'm a customer. Actually I will to investigate with a superior charge she go outside to take some soda and be rude with me wake up close to the 70% all of assets was so empty that's the problem she don't have any idea to give a service. When she kick me off I just ask her who you are the manager they make some mistake because I want my food for here can I get a plate. Seat outside what if she need a dog buy your pet and make whatever education claims at your animal or son or familie she can't give this type of answer how I had to do open my food and eat like a pork because she put me a lot stress is right that. Anyway. I don't like the service of her and every manager need to make the serf safe certificated in Florida for work in the lesson they show yo many tecnic. So excuse I make one mistake and you cant eat outside wild buffalo wings is a big brand she is the owner?? Why she go and kick of at other she need to show respect yes nite with my food eat with stress give diarrea. Thanks manager for give the best nite close to new year I just want to take my food and be chill. Thanks all buffalo for give the best new year . Train better at your team that's it.

Waited 26 minutes fir the order I placed online. They said I was coming up next. Waited 10 more minutes. Then asked for a refund.
They served a soda that was just water and the most impressive thing was that they made it clear that they knew that the soda and the lemonade were not good and they served it thinking they wouldn't say anything🤔 we asked for a starter and they never delivered it. In the end they asked if we still wanted the starter because it was difficult to prepare it already with the food ready they have to fix the way of serving people I didn't see a manager who would respond for the bad service I went with my family I say vat because I don't think I will return after such bad service I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. ENGLISH. Horrible customer service by the manager,
They make me wait over half an hour in the table and nobody came to serve me after that. I complained one of the waitress came to the table to take my order. Wait another 15 minutes and they said they don’t have no more wins. I will never go back to this place again.
Ive ordered from this place for pick up so I will give them 4 stars. Yesterday i arrived with 3 kids and 4 adults and they had us wsit 30 minutes to sit us down with half the place empty. The staff is rude, inept and does not care about customers. Be it maybe they are understaffed but dont let it out on customers.
So disappointing and had to leave as the kids were starving and restless. This is not s good place for families.
