The few times my wife and I have been, the service has been excellent. The boneless mango habanero wings are what I usually buy, and they've been fairly tasty. As you can see from the pictures, I'm confident that every client has a unique experience. However, it's not really my responsibility to meet, but Buffalo Wild Wings ought to aim for excellence for every single customer, whether they are eating in or getting takeout. Love Buffalo Wild Wings. However, this experience was just not it. Waited 1 hour to get my food. Did not even get my order right. Even my friend did not get her order right. Took 20 mins to get napkins and 15 mins to the check. Ridiculous service. Very disappointed. Not sure if I’d come back. Employees did not even care to check up on us while we patiently waited. Had 6-7 people come in after us, get their food and leave before we could even get our food.
