Posting this while still stuck in the drive-thru—16+ minutes and barely moving. Went inside hoping for faster service, but the layout is confusing, no one checked who was ordering, and it’s insanely loud. Teenagers running around made it impossible to hear anything, and honestly, even without the wait I wouldn’t want to eat inside. When prices are close to a place like BurgerFi, a little basic service and a tolerable environment shouldn’t be this hard.

Today Jan 31st, 2026, I went to buy something to eat at the Burger King Store located at 11298 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines, Fl. PLEASE SAVE AN UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Terrible service, they talk to you with an attitude even at the drive through and let's not speak about the owner that sides with the bad behavior of his employees and reacts against the customer. I do not want to think that in 2026 is still because of racial reasons specially when the owner blamed my accent??? I have 7 years being a customer of this place and this is the second time this happens. The first time was a couple weeks ago and I decided to ignore it, but now when I decided to present a complaint, unfortunately the OWNER was the one shutting me down and telling me their emoyees followed protocol. LOL. What a clown! Definitely with this attitude he is going to drive this place to bankruptcy. I am NEVER COMING BACK.

Just had a bad experience dealing with FRANTZ he said he was a manager, i dont believe that he seemed like he was looking for a fight today
. I approached to drive-through and open my app and provided him with a redemption code for a free meal. I told it to him twice and it seemed as it just because I spoke a little louder the second time he seemed like he was upset at the fact, and he then in a condescending manner started saying ma’am I don’t see that code so I advise him OK well there’s an option to scan and then he started telling me we don’t scan any code man if you have a problem, you can contact customer service so I’ve been proceeded to tell him it’s for a whopper meal you are supposed to be able to scan it he started saying that I’m holding up a drive-through line and that I need to move on. I asked him for his name and he probably provided it as if he could care less again. This is not his business. He only works for the business so he does not care whatsoever with that being said I wanna make a formal complaint because I left this location and had to go to another location and he seemed like he wanted to fight me. He was very argumentative and he had a very provoking attitude do you want business or not? I know that this is the low paying fast food restaurant, but you don’t have to treat customers like they’re the ones that’s paying you less than what you feel you deserve your attitude speaks for itself. He continued to go back-and-forth with me and started to become extremely argumentative. It takes two to argue and yes, I was an angry customer at the way he started provoking, but I definitely did not deserve to be treated that way at all. I just left the emergency room as well. I don’t know who the guy he is but he’s clearly not the one that is keeping her in business. I cannot find a contact number for Burger King corporation and I did not get to place my actual order so I can’t make a complaint that way.

Worst Burger King ever!! Since when do we have to pay for extra sauces?? No other BurgerKing has this thing. Also, the service is terrible! Manager is SO rude and disrespectful I don’t want to go back there ever again.

I was just there NOV 10/2025, AT 2:33 PM , The manager was very unprofessional, rude even with the employers, I requested my food and they give me the wrong order and she told me that I have to paid for what I ordered , I requested my refund and they did that refund to another card not my , I really hope some do something about this manager, she was very rude and not just with me with others, I asked for her name and he refused , I will bring this to corporate management and I hope they do something about this person if that's I can call it, very disgracefully, I will never go to that place and I see a lot of complains here and see that one at Burger King Management do something about this.
