My fries was too salty and my chicken fries was old and cold. I went on 2/16/2025 drive thru evening time. I was far away and didn’t feel like driving back Mr. Williams I need a free meal. And was missing my BBQ sauce

11298 pines Blvd. Wow. The manager with the short dreads is the best. He always has a smile on his face. Always suggesting other food. The staff there must be in loved him because they are always smiling and having fun I sometimes wish I was working there. The food is always fresh and on time. I drive from Miami Gardens to eat there.
Kid-friendliness: They always happy here. Like work is fun.
Manager disrespectful, always screams at customers at drive through window. Tries to avoid honoring legit coupons. Horrible person. BK lawyal customer since 1982

Drive-thru forgot my bacon on my Original Chicken Sandwich which was also served on stale bread with a mere squirt of mayo and several pieces of lettuce.

I had difficulty ordering due to the language, but there was a young man in line who spoke Spanish, everything made it easier!!

Unfortunately, the employee that was working today lacked customer service. First she forgot part of my order. I didn't mind it, it happens. I showed her my receipt in order to get the rest of my order. Her lack of attention was one thing, but shortly after, an older gentlemen asked her for tarter sauce in a cup. She declined, saying she "couldn't" do so. He offered to pay for a side of tarter sauce in a small cup. To which she very rudely and disrespectfully raised her voice to decline and insinuated that he was in the wrong for asking.
It does not take much effort to grab a small cup or container and put a little tarter sauce in it for a customer. He requested his money back and rightfully so. He was treated with blatant disrespect.
I won't be returning to this BK and would encourage others to go elsewhere.

For the first time I was very disappointed by how my sandwich was made, the lettuce had only the hard stalk the meat was sloppy placed on the bread, tomatoes was over ripe. I dont blame the resturant only the individual that prepared it. We pay a lot of money for a meal and it should be appetizing.
